5 ways to deal with those always negative people
- Try to understand why they're negative (you may become more sympathetic
and less frustrated).
- Talk to them about it. Tell them you've noticed they have seemed a little down, etc.
We often don't realize it when our attitude has gradually become negative.
- Avoid them if the situation doesn't get better.
- Remove them from your life (if possible and if truly necessary).
- Have a "recovery plan" for how you'll feel better after you come into contact
with them (call a friend, write out your feelings, take a quick walk, etc.) If you
can't change the situation, a recovery plan will keep it from ruining your mood and
productivity all day.

for despair that lives in each of us."
