5 ways to add more exercise to your life
- When waiting at the doctor's office, ask if they can tell you how long the wait will be -
then use that time to walk around or outside the building.
- Exercise with someone with whom you'd like to spend more time. It will give you
companionship and structure.
- Instead of sitting in a meeting, conduct your meeting as you walk outside
or through the building. Also, walk around the field as you watch a child's sporting event.
- Make a list of healthy activities you like to do or would like to try. For example:
- rollerblading
- walking
- running
- biking
