Fee Schedule

Program Fee

• $3,500 for 1 to 3 program hours

• $250 for each additional hour (including partial hours)

Travel

• $.505/mile fee for programs in Ohio

• Coach airfare for locations outside Ohio

Materials Fee

• $1.25 for each participant if we provide the handouts

• Your organization may choose to provide the handouts (copied from originals we provide). If so, the only materials fees will be:

  a one-time $5.00 processing fee

  the cost of the follow-up postcards (please see below).

Expenses

Additional fees may be required for lodging & expenses (meals, parking, standard tips, tolls, etc.) depending on the program site & duration

Follow-up Postcard

The follow-up postcard is a popular exercise we complete at the end of many programs. It reinforces the learning and helps ensure participants complete action steps from the program. The total cost is determined by the number of participants who choose to complete the postcard (it is a voluntary exercise). The fee is $.30 per postcard completed. We will consult with you to determine if the follow-up exercise is a good fit for your program.
